ABOUT ONE
MORE TIME
We just wanted something to drink that wasn't beer.
The Ritual, Minus The Alcohol.
Not because beer is bad. Beer is great. But sometimes you want the ritual without the alcohol. The fizz without the morning after. Something that feels like a real drink — not a health supplement pretending to be one.
A Drink For Drinkers.
Prakhar and Prateek are people who drink. Beer, sodas, whatever's cold and in front of them. At some point they found kombucha — fermented, fizzy, actually interesting, and somehow free of alcohol. A drink that could slot into the same moments beer usually occupies, without requiring a decision about whether tonight was that kind of night.
Zero Wellness Clichés.
It made sense. Except for one thing. In India, barely anyone was making it. And the brands that were? They'd turned it into a wellness product. Pastel labels. Soft photography of people meditating near windows. Copy about your gut microbiome and your journey to better health. Drinking it felt like taking medicine you were supposed to feel grateful for.

Nobody was selling it like a drink. Everyone was selling it like a decision.
That seemed like a fixable problem.
So they fixed it.
One More Time is kombucha for people who reach for things because they taste good and feel good — not because someone told them to.
Just a drink that earns a second one.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY STAND FOR
The drink first. Always.
We're not anti-health. We're anti-pretending health is the whole point. OMT is good for your gut. It's low sugar. It's naturally fermented. Those things are true and we're not embarrassed by them. We just don't lead with them, because the people who drink OMT aren't buying a supplement. They're buying something they genuinely want to finish.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT
Prakhar & Prateek.
Two founders, one shared frustration, and a deep personal investment in the outcome — because they're also the primary consumers.
THE NAME
Why One More Time?
Because that's the only metric that matters. Not how healthy it is. Not how premium the branding feels. Not what the label says about your gut journey. Just — do you want another one?
If the answer is yes, we did our job. If the answer is no, we have more work to do. It's a name that keeps us honest.
